My position is simple...I want to see Jiang's complete proposal AND without it being 'filtered' by the Board who as you note have already recommended that shareholders vote against it.
Once all the information regarding Jiang's proposal has been made available to shareholders then, and only then, we will be able to make an informed decision on the best way forward forward.
