I hardly see the relevance to shareholder reality.

Shareholders are mostly investors first and foremost, and could rarely if ever be classified as traitors.
Their buy or sell decisions is based on profit or loss, not moral or ethical issues.

In fact I bailed out earlier after being completely disappointed with the efforts and ability of the current executive board.
I have been involved for around 15+ years, long before listing. Yet despite my disappointment, I waited until the shares were high enough in price to justify getting out. Thus my action was emotional and still in the end directed by economic reality.

The shareholder decisions to buy and sell are not made so as to affect others, but usually made to affect their own wallet.

The "executive members" of the board on the other hand, are another animal altogether.

The "executive members need a long due wake up call from serious and concerned shareholders.
Vote with your wallet against the executives once again filling of their pocket and wallet without any real justification.

Their lifestyle of the company's executives is not our priority.
It is time for people to vote rather than idly sitting by watching.
