Volt, it certainly was you who first suggested a mid march low based on laundry. i think my obsessive, dog with a bone posting style may have won me some notoriety on the matter.......

i take your point re EW......but my understanding of W D Gann's view of the number 144 still makes me think mid march will be a significant low. Ravo (i think it was) posted a link some time back on gann numbers. i still have the link but sadly the article was removed from the site. Gann saw the number 144 as a number of completion. So i guess his fascination with fractions of 144 relates to important parts of the cycle along the way. The 1990 low to the 2002 low was a good example of my view of what gann was trying to get at....all the way up to the 2000 high and then back down to the next major low 144 months later . I am thinking this may be similar. from the 2006 low we had a high at the 1/4 mark, THE high at the 1/2 mark, a low at the 3/4 mark so I am thinking maybe THE, or at least a very significant low at 144 weeks......

But maybe i am looking for too much perfection in the numbers. so if you are right maybe my dow channels will continue to provide a target for the next high.....maybe around 8500 ??
