Peeps, The CAY AGM is coming up on the 30/11/20.
Many shareholders have expressed ANGER at the boards blatantdisregard of shareholders by not listening to them or their concerns.
Shareholders are ANGRY at theCURRENT share price.
Shareholders are ANGRY at yetanother CHEAP raising.
Shareholders are ANGRY at theboard getting another EXTENSIVE amount of free Performance Based Shares, basedon trivial milestones.
And now they want MORE - 1,500,000 MILLION MOREbased again on more PATHETIC milestones.
So the time to speak up is NOW! It'stime the board EARNT their Performance Shares.
HOW??? My suggestion is by voting AGAINSTResolutions 7 - 16, therefore not giving management any more cheap and freeshares.
They have let us down, again, however continueto try to fill their boots with CHEAP and FREE shares.
And they didn't take pay cuts during the CovidCrisis. All they did was defer payment! Now they want to be repaid those missedwages, by being issued more shares at a rate of 10 cents per share.
Enough is enough!!!
Be heard by voting AGAINST Resolutions 7 - 16and let's send a strong message to the board that enough isenough.
