The company have said a number of times that the intention is to take in some equity at the project level and not to issue more SFG shares.
I have not heard anything that would suggest this has changed and I understand that the equity partners are awaiting the arrival of the debt funding.

The trading in SFG lately has been very very thin and perhaps more reflective of everyone waiting with bated breath for the lead arranger to finish locking the funding in place.

I cannot imagine that the directors want to hold the AGM without this being finalised and we are running out of time to schedule the meeting....
