as an aside, years ago, there was property developer called armstrong jones. watso ended up with units in the armstrong jones retail trust (shopping centres). there was also a stock called the armstrong jones office trust. one would have to go a long way back, to find out the relavant unit price, but years ago, there was also a glut of office space, and the units were selling for a few cents. It seems that they were selling at $1.70, by 1999. eventually, they became IOF, with the merger of PRIME, and ARMSTRONG JONES.
some of these property trusts will survive, a bit if a punt in a few of them, could at ; possible see at least one of them come good, and make
