If this were the case then he would have screwed us. rox is very cheap at this SP and any ceo having holders interests also in mind would facilitate any catalyst i.e good results to bump up SP.
Thats not to say a deal isn't being negotiated . How that would look though is another question.
We certainly need something to happen here.
