Actually nothing like that exists in Perth. The Perth hills are nice in winter but Kalamunda is stuck in the 1970s and is hot as hell for 5 months of summer.
Had a week ender in Jarrahdale and nice but after a while you find it too small not real welcoming to outsiders.
