AT1 FY21 - General Discussion + FA, page-312

OK, my feeling is that the Simply Wall Street Top20 list is partially faulty. Its possible some of the register has turned over - but considering their data is dated the same as AT1 Annual Report, it seems strange to see some large holders missing completely.

Won't know 100% unless we ask the company for updated list OR wait till mid-year report (I don't feel like asking as its not urgent, but any SH can ask do so of course).

Here are the 3 versions we have (2 from AT1 anns)


- the green entities are present in all three lists

- I missed noticing earlier in AT1's two versions, Citicorp Nominees (2.25%) sold by 25 Sept?...I don't recall seeing disclosure for this (will check tonight)

- Also missed noticing in AT1's two versions, Mainstream Fund (1.95%) seems to have sold by 25 Sept..but now is showing on SW list with slightly lower %. Again, don't recall a disclosure for this..

- several large entities showing in AT1's anns do not show in SW list (BNP Paribas, HSBC, Blueflag, JP Morgan, National Nominees).....and considering their %, I would have thought it would trigger disclosure ann (I haven't cross-checked these with the past disclosures though + ASX minimum % rules...will do later tonight).

- Even if the Simply Wall St list is somehow true and some original large % has sold out, then the new individuals that SW list is showing seem to be on the 'very low' side (and they are indeed all BoD/Directors).

I would think AT1's CFO (Will Souter) should have more than 250k, and then we have Paul/Constance etc with far too low holdings as other BoD/Directors.....unless what's showing is only vested equities to date? not showing options or escrowed equities? Again, have not cross-checked this with company remuneration reports....will do later tonight)
