I also watched this today and felt okay there is a CR coming soon.

Wouldn't be surprised to see it fly higher soon if this is true....

Fundamentally nothing has changed:

1. The top 2 share holders Jason Peterson, Matt Walker and David Vigolo have held their entire holdings buying up more on market at .8

2. Brokers been buying up large amount of shares in the last 6 weeks

3. Stated they are looking for not only a JV but also an acquisition in many reports

4. Final surveys are completed and drilling soon


Technically

1. Back tested the trend line at .8 and bounced

2. Sitting on 50 M.A on daily
