TTH, Your memory is probably better than mine but I seem to remember from the AGM and previous discussions that all the company projections were made without factoring in any state sponsored programs, as none had been finalized at the time. Which if I'm right makes this new revenue additional to projections and not part of them. Very good news, makes black ink even more likely sooner rather than later.
