I doubt that they would..
There are 2 e reasons why.. no.1 a Graphene transistor has been created and can probably be designed and scaled down.. but FGR’s Graphene is a powder, and most likely can’t be scaled down to this size..
This is also very particular design work and needs to be made using (help me here spid) vapour disposition, to grow the carbon (Graphene) onto a substrate. Leaving a very conductive less resistant and very high speed circuit that can switch extremely quickly..
From my limited reading of creating transistors (probably better designs now) they are using a field effect type switch to turn on and off the transistor (I.e. Current means a magnetic field allows flow no current no flow (or vice versus)
building many many chips in this field would still only yield kgs of sales.. FGR are chasing the big sales and savings for the buyers in the mining sector with wear resistance and strength benefits.. selling Kg’s per bucket etc etc..
So I don’t think intel would be on the radar.
just my opinion and have been wrong many times before.
