When margins are thin, it is expected that customer service would not be great. This applies not only to Telstra. Banks are moving away from direct customer service as well. They strongly encourage customers to go online. Frankly, customers have to get use to online service. Not many share brokers are keen to provide personal service, hence, many investors have to use online service providers such as ComSec, NAB Trading and etc.
Is the customer service of other telcos that fantastic to warrant a change?
Eagerly awaiting for big announcements tomorrow. Investor Day could be fun this time.
