I watched it HWGA, and the bigger question , for me - Is “WHY” are the government pressuring for this?

For people to take advantage of this grant they must have a signed contract by December 30 2020 and the house and land must not be off more value than $750,000.

Maybe even if FBR and the HX was being used in these builds, we still need a quality building company to compliment and complete the rest of the house. I must have asked 100 times, who are the companies producing these builds? If it’s not one we are aligned with, who cares. Maybe FBR don’t want to lay bricks on those areas? Maybe building companies don’t want to build there as their could be possible repercussions? I’m just throwing it out there.

It’s really sad that the quality of work being produced is pretty dodgy, even though on this thread I’ve been assured that the Australian building standards are the pinnacle of this world , and that’s coming from the person who wrote the builders bible.
