From Japan to Myanmar for a bowl of Mohinga, the classic breakfast broth. It's the national dish, once reserved for sunrise but now eaten throughout the day. Fish broth, rice noodle, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, onions, coriander, egg, chickpea flour, sometimes fritters. Sold by street hawkers from city roadside stalls.
