That is a good question! I also think there is a potential of offering takeover bid to EM1 from ICI. If EM1 thinks it is beneficial for the company to continue working with TIM and may be Crowd1 then they may accept the takeover bid. The price of ICI shares is very close to Em1, they are working at the same filed and also ICI has a different global eSport platform. So Em1 shareholders would not be disappointed and also it can help ICI to grow. It makes sense as EM1 is not suspended by ASX and share prices are kept high. But EM1 people should be smart enough to deal with that. May be already they did that verbally!
