The raising has been reported as a non renounceable entitlement offer at AUD $0.36 per share.
There will not be scaling, SPP's can be scaled, rights issues not, if there is an oversubscription facility then that may be scaled subject to demand. Otherwise you will get your entitlement based on whatever the ratio is that the company has decided on and you either take it up or you don't. Non renounceable so no on market trading of rights, any entitlements not taken up either go into the oversubscription facility (if in operation) or to the underwriter.
