How can we "see" this coming..... what access do we have to the books and the ability to forensically audit each qtr?

This was a sophisticated scam in which the scammers kept even the BOD blind to what was going on.

I appreciate your sympathy yet the ability to foresee this was very cleverly and effectively managed at the Deputy Chair level.

The posters on this co. have been watching closer than any co. I've been involved in. excellent intel gathering and analysis by some here. If the rest of the BOD were blinded by ZZ and NM, it would be impossible for holders here in Aus to see through the activities leading up to this.

All we effectively have is hindsight - and this now explains the serious shortfalls in revenue and "late payments" by customers in China.
