That order was $1M. PPK own 45% of CiB. Therefore management have deemed that orders that have an impact on the business of $450K or above deserves a market announcement. Obviously (a bit small for mine but that was their decision).

How is it that they have sold all the BNNT @ $1M/kilo and no announcement? An order of a measly 450grams is announcement worthy? Have they sold it in 1 gram order lots to Wes?

It doesn't make sense? And it doesn't reflect the company paperwork. Maybe you misheard the answer at the AGM?

Perhaps all their production is taken up by the JV activities and so at what price / value is that booked at? might be in the details of each JV arrangement
But
It should still show up in the PPK accounting records somewhere
