Is it possible for any potential buyers of BBP to buy a stake first on the market? What's stopping them from paying 3.6c as opposed to 50cps in a complete takeover?
If they were genuine, why won't they be buying up a stake to just under the allowable threshold before launching a full takeover. That could save them alot of money and in today's environment, every dollar saved is one less you need to beg the bank for.
Just my thoughts.
