To be honest, I don't need exact numbers for synergies. I know management are conservative, and their execution is top notch. I have assumed it'll be at least $5m, but how much more I'm unsure.
As for numbers below EBITDA - even reported D&A is somewhat meaningless. I don't really care for reported D&A (any further than it reduces tax obligations) - rather I'm looking for future capex spend to understand the cash requirements of the business. Given the significant restructure, I don't expect management to give precise figures. But a range would be nice.
