Correct, GBG has indicated timelines. Where do you believe they get this information from? They definately don't plug a date out just because it sounds good.
The EPA has an atrocious record in WA and the delays they cause through internal problems are very well known in WA mining circles.
They are understaffed and bureaucratic paper shufflers. It is seemingly run by left wing greens that really don't give a damn whether or not GBG or any other company for that matter gets up and running. At least that is the perception of the resources industry in WA.
What they have done with GBG is little short of incompetent. They could have made a decision about this long ago but haven't.
The EPA deserve credit for only one thing, causing an unnecessary delay. They really do need an internal shakeout to state the least.
GBG has not caused the delays in relation to EPA approvals, the EPA has. GBG submitted all that was required, and then some, as required long ago.
