My understanding (yet to be confirmed) is that IMF and S&G get nothing out of the settlement the only client legals covered are Beaconswood. The rest of the supposed $8m in "client legals" pays Mallesons and Merrills lawyers. This means the $8m to FH is all FH fees not FH and their lawyer.
Utter crap but that is what I have heard.
