Both MSB and CYP have their issues atm.
ideally mesoblast and Cynata could do a deal which would benefit both.
The unmet medical needs space within which both companies exist is so 'potentially' huge, each company could comfortably be multiples of their current SP.
At this time when many shareholders from each company are dissatisfied with MC lets set an example of cooperation between our groups and urge the boards to find a path with would make both companies world leaders...easily!!
i.e Try being nice..haha
