It was filed late July? So that’s well over the 75 days. As you would know safety of the device for patients is the number one concern for them in the HDE category and the oncosil device has a sound record there. Who knows with what Trump had put the FDA through of late...this could be affecting normal timeframes. It’s not a normal functioning system anymore just ask Fauci.
