    I suggest that it will not get taken over, Ruffy Geminder has a control share +40%

    I suspect that the business will grow, however their rigid plastics business will be starved of capital and eventual die.

    I suggest you look at what happened to NCI, similar set up. Looked like a great potential for a take over, however when Ruffy joined the the shareholding base the business went nowhere.
