Haha was thinking the same thing. Dr T has his own things happening on the side, I'm sure he'll focus on that and either sell it to private equity or list on the ASX if he needs more capital. From what I can tell, I think RAC might be what he's trying to commercialise for a buyout which he'll fund into his own business ventures. No need to be a public company if you've got enough capital to undertake the activities you want to do. That's freedom right there.
