Hi Jezza, I haven't focused on post 2020, I will look into that further should the JA decision not be handed down in the current November window. My focus was determining whether the JA had an obligation to turn the NOPTA recommendation around in certain timeframe and I am satisfied that they do not. Given certain posters penchant for predictions, and other posters thirst for news, I wanted comfort that when guesstimated dates for decision passed there were no genuine concerns, and I am comfortable.
