ozziesap, just looking at the chart for the Data#3 DTL share price that the growth has been very slow and
steady and constant for the first twenty years until 2018. That's a bit too slow and steady for me however I notice
that the hare price growth from 2018 onwards has gone ballistic (quintupled) and not just for DTL but also
for other data centre businesses (eg. NXT)

Just wondering....does anyone know the reason why this sudden increase from what has always been
steady growth to what is now rapid growth has occurred for data centres in the last two years ?
