That begs the question "Who knew"!!! As I said its usually the insto doing the placement and their favoured clients .. but hey I may be a little toooo cynical!?
I'm just hanging out to see who to and why (i.e. the details) more than being concerned about the price .. as that will be short-term, whereas any "relationship" involved in this deal could have longer-term implications.
