I read that you are from the UK so I have a strong share tip, Celtic Resources. They are about to announce their 100% ownership of a Russian mine which is mentioned on there website. The company they are taking over is backed by the Russian government and have all the approvals and are about to enter full production.
Now for the fascinating part. There resources and profits are due to increase up to 15x over the next 3 years.
There share price has already run from 40p to 500p and are now trading at 390p, but broker reports value the company at 700p - 800p.
