You're right Redmoki, 10% is VERY attractive and I suspect will be sufficient inducement for the majority of SPARCS holders to elect to hold until the new reset date in Nov 2010.
I think the wording of today's announcement was very deliberate. The "threat" of massive dilution should be enough to convince most SPARCS holders NOT to convert to BBI.
