going by the ratio number of house's burnt in Victoria and the number left homeless as a result your talking about 80,000 people becoming homeless with no where to live every year.
in the last 3 years thats like 250,000 people made homeless... surly we would know about this?
lot of trademen that worked in the building industry now doing warrenty work because the jobs are drying up.. suely if there was demand to produce 30,000 homes a year, with at least 100,000 + ? homes behind by now the building industry would be booming..
