    re: crashy writes bhp calls Crash/stelep, there is only one reason instalment warrants deliver higher returns and that is because of the higher leverage and higher risk.

    There is no perpetual motion machine. If options are priced efficiently there is no way to make money from them in the long haul. Your expected return is zero. - less of course spread and brokerage. That is why I base most of my derivative trades on minimising spread and brokerage!

    That is also why FPOs are more efficient - the spread is less as a percentage of the stock value.
