I don't think further legalisation of cannabis in the US would be a negative for AGH.
They don't operate in the US. And overall, legalisation grows the cannabis industry as a whole. That rising tide of acceptance brings floatation to all boats, worldwide.

If globally, the trend moves towards full legalisation, then companies like AGH, who at this current stage are capitalising on the highly regulated aspect of the market, have the option to expand their activities to include the recreational space, under a different brand name.

Keep in mind that even if recreational cannabis becomes legal in Australia, UK and Germany, the medical products will remain in demand, and the medical space will remain regulated to a degree. There will always be plenty of people who have no interest in getting high, and no interest in growing their own cbd-rich strain: they simply want relief from pain, anxiety or seizures, and that market will grow the more accepted cannabis is within societies.

Recreational legalisation may well be accompanied by medical cannabis becoming more easily accessible to the public, and that's all positive for AGH.
