I see, you're argument is that MLM hasn't been made illegal in australia yet and it hasn't been proven whether or not Crowd1 offers a tangible prpduct.

I do find the fact that whether or not it's in dispute concerning, it shouldn't be hard to prove whether a company is providing a tangible product or not.

The structure of recruitment and payment to affiliates within the Crowd1 network is the most concerning aspect, warranting the claims of pyramid structure from my understanding.

I still take the stance that it's not a wise decision to invest in a company that partners with an organisation such as Crowd1.
