Crowd1 basically using em1s platform as white label Miggster Mobile so they have another product beyond copy and paste education.
Crowd1 only really have the once off education purchase, where miggster introduces reoccuring income.
Em1 happens to be the penny stock to make the platform "real" and benefit $$$ from it. Opportunistic because their platform has a long way to go but crowd1 don't really care. Just like their white label travel booking website.
We are here to make money. Forget the ethic delima, crowd1 has money and now a lot of that will go through em1 to bring miggster alive. Could be massivr for em1 to gain the funds to develop a truly amazing gaming platform and return shareholder value as long as they diversify from Crowd1 and not ride the same ship to the top or to the depths of the sea.
Crowd1 pumped paying subscribers is still money. Same money that we all chase.
