    what was the last sales price?

    Anyway the principal is the same, just the numbers vary.

    Can everybody have a look at 4.9 of the Sparcs deed, and then see the definition of a senior debt enforcement event and its definition on page 150 of the deed. I wonder if the sweep meets the definition and what it means as I am not a lawyer. It appears to me BBI is not bound by the deed where a senior debt enforcement event exists. Could be wrong.
