This company is a real mess.
First it is too small.
So what do directors do? A share-buy-back!
Then after reducing the size of the company, what do they do next? Why, issue convertible preference shares to eventually grow the company by a paltry $5m.
I agree that the recent board candidate was not the answer but the board and the company do need a massive shake-up!
At the end of the day, the company is still way too small.
