I've been positive on this stock. I don't want to be a wet blanket but please tell me if I'm going wrong here.
total assets 9.65m, of this 1.29m intangibles.
total liabilities 5.14m
gearing is really 53.2%
writing off intangibles it is 61.5%
Also only 3.93m assets is direct property, the rest is "funds". We know what has happened to the value of funds. On top is any derivative risk.
