With the price of water constantly going higher,and desalinization plant costs that will be recouped at a higher water cost to industry and general public .
AT $5 PER TON PLUS the availabilty of water from the coldry process, this is all extra income for power operators.
In todays economic climate they would be stupid to not sign an agreement with ESI,.
Raise electricity prices too high amounts to political instability.
Sell an extremely abundant resource,positive way forward.
