    Six months ago Sweden had 20 times the number of exposures to cases...... the only thing that really matters is whether total deaths from all causes is rising.

    If the annual average mortality rate is close to the long term trend then whats the problem?

    If the average mortality rate us above trend, will it be sustained?

    If the average mortality rate is below trend, when will it catch up?

    Case Numbers mean JACK......... total mortality rates are all that matter and if they are close to the long term trend then there is no problem........... and that’s because nothing has really changed other than perception.
