I just got reply from BCS concerning letter I wrote them last Friday.

I will post full text when I can get it off the other computer.

In relation to the underwriter possibly pulling out, their answer was a bit evasive, they said they expected the underwriter to fullfill their contract.

In relation to the second main point in my letter, they said they would look into it.
