actually he said that, then corrected himself later with an 'I don't think I missed any elections' after having some of his statements proved incorrect. Drugs does that to your memory apparently... what was I saying? oh yeah...
I guess the point is some will love him because he joined labor and some will hate him for the same reason.
I personally don't think much of him and that would be whether or not he was Independent or liberal.
He is already a hypocritical, bulldusting pollie..so whats new? He would fit into either party perfectly.
Fresh faces would be great if they brought fresh attitude.Maybe after the elections we will get to see what both sides are made of again.
Latham may yet have something to offer...but we won't see it before the election is my bet.
