Indicative Timetable.
14th June. General Meeting to approve merger.
25th June. Closing date of offer under Prospectus.
30th June. Antcipated date the suspension is lifted and
the merger equity is re-listed on ASX.
I got this off ASX ann.Somehow I dont think IT will be
on time. Use the words Indicative Timetable.I think the
Prospectus offer is for 3 months. Only 7.5 mill have to
be taken up. Have got 5mill lined up already. I wander
if they can then do a further 15% placement like they
did with Swt. No approval needed as we found out.
