This supports what I consider valid criticism raised in my thread entitled of "Fiduciary Responsibilities of Board Directors" where I wrote that the Bounty directors including CEO Kelso have a fiduciary duty to act in the interest of all shareholders, not one particular shareholder or group of shareholders, but to all shareholders, (which must include minority shareholders).
Although I retain the faith it is sorely tested by the questionable decisions of those who should know better.
