I recall @mcnamm posting the same thread a couple of years back. Considering the boards painfully slow progress I thought it apt to lay out some questions to be asked for those who can attend the AGM.
1. Fuji/Lonza - how threatening are they to our monopoly on the manufacturing front.
2. Citius/NoveCite - is there a patent infringement?
3. Why are we not chasing a manufacturing deal with Fuji (joint deal) considering the new manufacturing facility in Madison?
4. Isn’t now the time to talk to MSB in view of FDA’s decision?
