Today I phoned the Supreme Cout of Victoria which is currently dealing with thew Bolton matter & was advised . The matter is next listed for a Directions hearing for tomorrow at 9-30 am Wednesday 11 th March at the Old High Court , 450 Little Bourke Street , City of Melbourne. There is another matter listed at 10-30 the same day .The whole matter is set down for hearing for 10-30 next Tuesday & Wednesday 17 th & 18 th of March 2009 at the same address , that is 450 little Bourke Street .The public is allowed to attend & of course , you don't need to be a sharelder - so don't miss the most interesting case since Holmes a' Court took on BHP
