It will be all guesses until there is sound economic data to support the fact that the American economy is turning around.
The various indexes, manufacturing reports, employment figures and so forth need to show improvement before anyone can confidently predict that the bottom has been reached.
I know people say that the market is forward looking but but you are taking a guess and a gamble that the market has turned prior to seeing the economic data to support that claim.
