I think I mentioned in an earlier post how little capital is needed to open a new "office".
Back of the envelope. Six months is probably $10k for rent, $10k for extras (lap top etc) and $100k for the new employee. And that assumes no billing or cash collection.
I am not sure why AFL would ever want to acquire another business give the low cost of opening a new office.......
